About Gail Downey

Gail Downey is well known in handbell circles as a director, teacher and composer/arranger. She has been active in AGEHR for many years, having served as State and Area Chair, and recently serving on the National Board where she chaired the AGEHR National Curriculum/Resource Committee.

Gail resides in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and is the creative force behing From the Top Publishing.
